use this to retouch photos!
im going to use this image
1)open the picture and duplicate it.
2) select filter < blur < gaussian blur
3) set it to your liking. i used 5.5, but its really how bad the skin is, so until you cant see anymore blemishes
4)you should have something like this. next take the eraser tool and set hardness to 0%. eraser everything exept the skin. use a smaller brush size fo the details. you also want to go around the edges of the face and nose to define them.
5) now you have a kinda fake looking skin. we need to add some noise. filter< noise< add noise
